4-Low noise during operation

1- Wire thickness range between 0.30-1.0mm and width range between 0.5-4.0mm (the larger copper wire cross section requires the softer copper wire, the larger cross-sectional area copper wire may require two sets of wire feed wheels, the wear of the corresponding wire feed wheel 1- will increase as well. If the line thickness and line width user chooses are close to the maximum, technical communication with us is advised)
2- Magnetic core width is between 18-40mm
3- The copper wire with a thickness of 0.3mm or more can reserve for the wire head (The inner diameter of the coil determines the length of the wire head. and the longer the wire length, the slower the corresponding speed)
4- The length of the coil end is determined by the mold (line end 35-65mm)
5- Wire stuck alarm function can minimize the wear of the wire wheel
